Established in early 2009 at The Marketplace in Ridgefield Connecticut – a neighborhood gem, Ross Artisanal Bakery & Cafe is inspired by European traditions that honor a history of small batch baking, where each bite evokes a sense of story, place, and delight.
We bake bread from scratch every morning using organic flour and ingredients from locally sourced farms. We serve Stumptown Coffee with buttery croissants and a variety of delicious breakfast items. Stop by for lunch and enjoy delicious homemade sandwiches – Avocado Toast being just one of the favorites — and hand-chopped organic salads. Ross Bread combines the coziness of a neighborhood café with the casual nature of an eatery. It’s a light-filled refuge for an early morning espresso, a long lunch of shared dishes, or simply to grab n go a few of our gourmet prepared foods, including quiches, chicken pot pie, seasonal soups, and a loaf of our heavenly fresh baked bread.
